Non Invasive Ventilators study

Thank you for agreeing to help us with this survey. Survey is antonymous, no personal information will be collected and should take only 1-2 minutes to complete.

This simple questionnaire is designed to understand clinicians attitude and usage of ventilators that have capabilities for Non Invasive Ventilation (NIV).

Results will be published in the Journal Of Mechanical Ventilation.

NIV would be defined as using positive pressure ventilation with no artificial airway regardless the interface (full face mask, nasal mask, prongs, helmets) and regardless the mode used.

Dedicated Non Invasive Ventilators would be defined as ventilators that are designed mainly for non invasive ventilation (understanding that some of them can be used with an artificial airway).

Critical Care Ventilators will be defined as ventilators that are mainly used in ICU with artificial airway (majority of them have non invasive ventilation capabilities).
